Umbra is a fully remote performance marketing holding company that builds, scales, and operates a portfolio of consumer brands.

Why This Role Exists

Our product team runs multiple high-stakes projects in parallel: activation centers, general call centers, product launches, and growth initiatives. The Head of Product is currently the single point of integration across all of it. We need a Senior Project Manager who can take a decision the Head of Product made on Monday and have it scoped, tracked, and shipped by Wednesday.

What You'll Own

End-to-end program management of major project rollouts and workstreams. You'll own multiple high-stakes initiatives in parallel: customer recovery, product activation, support center operations, product upsell initiatives, and a portfolio of growth projects. You’ll own scoping, sequencing, tracking dependencies, holding owners accountable to dates, and surfacing blockers.

External vendor operations. You'll be the day-to-day owner of our relationships with external vendors and product development partners. This includes managing performance against KPIs and SLAs, managing quality assurance, handling renewals and scope changes, and establishing clear escalation paths so issues get resolved fast.

Cross-functional execution coordination. You'll convert ideas, strategies, and requests from the Head of Product into scoped briefs. Then, you'll get the right people communicating, collaborating, and executing across product, customer experience, data, tech, and growth. When alignment is needed, you bring stakeholders to a decision and clear next steps.

Documentation, SOPs, and risk management. You'll help build and maintain the product team's source-of-truth library in Notion: standard operating procedures, decision logs, project briefs, vendor playbooks, and process documentation.

Meeting and communication operations. You'll be the day-to-day owner of the operating cadence: meeting preparation, decision capture, action items with named owners and due dates, risk and issue tracking, and the follow-up loop that ensures decisions actually get executed on.

Analytics and reporting. You'll partner with our technical team to set up the basic tracking layer across all major initiatives: product engagement, activation rates, vendor performance metrics, etc. You don't need to build dashboards yourself, but you need to know what should be measured, why, know how to audit the data, and communicate what the numbers are saying.
