- We're hiring a senior operator who can work alongside our traffic team during live operations, understand how the system works under pressure, and act before small issues become big ones.

What You’ll Do
We're looking for an experienced analyst to own these areas:
Live Operations
- Monitor live operations across advertising and supporting technical systems
- Identify anomalies, breakages, and risks in real time
- Triage issues quickly
- Act as first-in-command during critical operational windows
- Document institutional knowledge
- Improve reliability without slowing the business down
Incident Response & Triage
- Serve as technical lead during system disruptions
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
- Document root causes and preventative fixes after incidents
- Recommend guardrails, alerts, and automation where appropriate
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation tools to reduce manual work
